The updated Plant and Equipment Asset Management Plan outlines how Council will manage its 168 plant and equipment assets, valued at $10.94 million, including heavy machinery, trucks, utilities, light plant and small equipment.

The document details Council’s strategy for maintenance, renewal, financial planning and risk management, with a 10‑year outlook. It highlights that while current funding allows Council to maintain services, some asset renewals are being deferred, increasing long‑term risks and reliance on ageing equipment. A sustainable funding pathway, supported by planned financial reforms, is identified as essential for future service reliability.

Community members are encouraged to review
