Consultation has concluded

At its Ordinary Meeting on 29 April 2025, Council resolved to place the Enterprise Risk Management Policy on public exhibition.

The purpose of this policy is to express Uralla Shire Council's commitment to implementing organisation-wide risk management principles, systems and processes that ensure the consistent, efficient, and effective assessment of risk in all Uralla Shire Council’s planning, decision making and operational processes.

The Draft Policy will be available for public review until 11 June 2025.

Council welcomes community feedback and invites submissions from interested residents and stakeholders until 5:00 pm on 11 June 2025.

Feedback can be provided via the following methods:

Council is committed to transparency in its decision-making processes. Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, information provided in submissions may be made publicly available unless there is an overriding public interest consideration against disclosure. Submissions may also be released as required by law.
