Consultation has concluded

At its Ordinary Meeting on 22 July 2025, Council resolved to place the Draft Asset Management Strategy 2025 on public exhibition for a period of 28 days.

The Asset Management Strategy 2025 – 2029 provides Uralla Shire Council with a structured framework to guide the sustainable planning, maintenance, and renewal of infrastructure assets. It aims to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively, aligned with community needs and long-term financial capacity. The strategy supports compliance with legislative requirements and integrates asset management practices with Council’s broader strategic planning. Through a targeted improvement plan, it seeks to enhance data quality, governance, service delivery, and organisational capability, ultimately strengthening Council’s asset management maturity and resilience.
