Consultation has concluded
At its Ordinary Meeting on 22 July 2025, Council resolved to place the Draft Asset Management Strategy 2025 on public exhibition for a period of 28 days.
The Asset Management Strategy 2025 – 2029 provides Uralla Shire Council with a structured framework to guide the sustainable planning, maintenance, and renewal of infrastructure assets. It aims to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively, aligned with community needs and long-term financial capacity. The strategy supports compliance with legislative requirements and integrates asset management practices with Council’s broader strategic planning. Through a targeted improvement plan, it seeks to enhance data quality, governance, service delivery, and organisational capability, ultimately strengthening Council’s asset management maturity and resilience.

Council invites feedback from residents, community members, and stakeholders. Submissions can be made via:

Please note that under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, submissions may be made publicly available unless there is an overriding public interest consideration against disclosure. Submissions may also be released if required by law.
